New iSCADA customers - Getting started with hardware

 Identify the Gateway most suitable for your application.

Select the preferred method for connecting the Gateway to the Internet.
Note that "External GSM" option requires an external GSM modem

Click "Add to Cart" button and proceed to PayPal's secure payment page to complete your purchase

An iSCADA account will be created for you and the serial numbers of the new devices you have just purchased will be registered to that account. You will receive your account details by email within 1 business day. After installing the Gateway at the site, login with your account details to configure, monitor and control your site. Your newly purchased devices will have free access to the iSCADA server for 1 year from the date of shipment, after which you will have to buy a Subscription Fee Package to renew its access.

Existing iSCADA customers - Subscription Renewal & SMS account topup

 When you buy additional devices, renew your devices' annual subscription or topup your SMS account, please send the following information to [email protected] after you have successfully completed the online transactions.

>> The Customer ID to which the new devices should be registered
>> The Customer ID and Devices Serial Number(s) of the for the subscription renewals
>> The Customer ID to which the SMS topup should be credited
